Due to an unexpected staffing shortage, we must reduce our daily service hours. We must also suspend our after-hours emergency call services at this time.
Effective Monday, November 7, 2022, Drain Works must reduce their service hours from 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday through Friday. We will have two technicians, Jim and Ryan Ward, responding to calls during these revised service hours. At this time, we will not be able to provide weekend service. We will continue to provide all the same services you have come to count on us for, however, with just fewer techs for now.
